What made you decide to start 1:1 coaching?
It was very clear nothing I had done was sustainable. The current workouts I was doing prior to the 1:1 were doing more harm than good, my body was exhausted and I was tired mentally. I needed some change, answers, some who understood my perspective and different workouts.
What is one specific feature you like most about my 1:1 coaching program
I love the workouts but more importantly how you make it so personal, not just custom but personal! It’s as if I am your only client which is the farthest from the truth. Your encouragement and daily response to email is superior.
What are some of the successes you’ve had since you started working with me?
Sustainability is the key, whether it is the workouts, eating habits or mindset. You know exactly how to encourage and challenge me. It’s not a quick fix which I appreciate because this is a lifestyle. Your hormonal knowledge is impressive and knowing that you understand what I am describing when we talk. Knowing that I am doing a workout tailored for my body and needs is exceptional and provides motivation.
Would you recommend this program to someone else?
Without a doubt, I would recommend it to anyone! It’s the best money I have ever spent. You will not regret it for one second. Having the 1:1 is priceless because it is evident how much you care.
