Ashley's 8 week program was exactly what I have been looking for! I have been working out for years with limited results until now. This program has shown me that it's not about how many hours a day you spend in the gym and far more about how you fuel your body for the results you're looking for.

The last 8 weeks have changed my mindset on diet culture and my relationship with food and fitness. The number on the scale is no longer my measure of success!

I am taking away more than a new attitude and mindset but sustainable life changes that I will use from here on out. Trusting the process may require patience and focus but Ashley and Coach Kelly's constant support made all the difference!

Note From CEO/Head Coach Ashley: Danielle was in the REPAIR phase while doing the 8-week program, and made so much progress. Since the program has ended she is progressing through the REBUILD phase, and will be starting the RESULTS phase(which is a sustainable Fat loss phase). During the RESULTS phase she will see more fat loss, body composition changes, muscle building, and overall improvements to her health.
