OVERVIEW:
In this episode of Cheers to Your Success! Ashley chats with you about how to train around your period.The follicular phase begins from the first day of menses until ovulation.The luteal phase happens in the second part of your menstrual cycle. It begins around day 15 of a 28-day cycle and ends when you get your period. Your energy and strength will fluctuate throughout the these two phases. You will walk away from this episode having a better understanding of your hormones and how they impact your workouts, body composition, and so much more!
