I have absolutely LOVED the RISE workouts! I’m no novice to exercise, and it’s always been a priority for me, but I was really craving a program that focused on strength building but in a shorter amount of time.
I feel so strong and really love how often the workouts switch up. It keeps me motivated to stick with the program and I actually look forward to each workout, which is not something I have said in other programs I’ve taken!
