1) What made you decide to start 1:1 coaching?
I am a mom of four small children and two dogs. My husband travels a lot for work. Between managing the household, being in the Army Reserves, and going to school online, I work out at home, and have built up a nice gym over the years. I started following Ashley’s IG and was drawn to her positive, friendly energy and inclusive, welcoming vibes. I was inspired by her stories, and being a mom of young children as well, I felt she could relate to my struggles. I also liked how she emphasized that her programs were custom made for each client. I had been wanting to do something to really take care of myself; I had been under a lot of stress for several years, and it was really taking a toll on my health, happiness, and self-esteem.
2) What is one specific feature you like most about Ashley’s 1:1 coaching program?
One of the many features I love most about Ashely’s 1:1 coaching program is that we communicate regularly, and I really feel as though she knows specific details about the challenges I have been facing. I also love her approach regarding goal setting and taking steps to change things I do slowly. I see how this is THE solution for permanent change!
3) What are some of the successes you’ve had since you started working with Ashley?
In addition to loosing body fat and gaining noticeable definition, I became stronger. After working daily with Ashley and our mini goals consistently, I could really see the changes in my mindset, energy level, sleep habits, and body composition. The best thing is, I didn’t feel pressure or as though I was making great sacrifices to maintain a restrictive diet. I never felt deprived; and I have a history of struggling with strong sugar cravings and emotional eating/restricting patterns. I am learning how being harsh with myself is not helpful. Ashley has helped me see what I HAVE accomplished so far; especially during my most difficult days when I would typically be so critical of myself, (mindset work). I’m learning how it feels to make taking care of myself a priority and not feel the guilt that automatically used to come with doing so. Ashley has taken the time to get to know me and my current life circumstances in a most caring and genuine way! She is so relatable, and doesn’t think twice about sharing her story of hope, knowledge and strength in order to help me.
4) Would you recommend this program?
I would absolutely with all of my heart recommend this program to anyone who desires lasting results. Ashley is truly passionate about helping people feel their best, and this program WORKS!!
