What is really impacting your weight loss and it's not your calories…

There is so much more to weight loss than calories in and calories out!⁣

Over 𝟱𝟬% of the women, I have worked with over the last decade are eating less and moving more, but 𝗡𝗢𝗧 losing weight.⁣

I want to say this louder because it’s so important for you to hear!⁣

Yes, Over 𝟱𝟬% of the women I have coached over the last decade, are eating less food and burning more calories through exercise, and they are still 𝗡𝗢𝗧 losing weight.⁣

Truthbomb: Weight loss is not just calories in & calories out. ⁣

If you're feeling frustrated about your lack of results, it may have nothing to do with your calories.⁣

Several other factors impact your metabolism and how your body breaks down the calories you consume (either storing them as body fat or burning them as energy).⁣

Those factors are:

  1. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛: If your hormones aren't balanced, this will impact your health, energy, mood, body fat distribution, and your ability to lose weight.⁣
  2. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗟𝗘𝗘𝗣: Not sleeping enough impacts your hormonal health, energy, and appetite.⁣
  3. 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗘: The kind of exercise you perform, how frequently you do it, and how intense your workouts are will all impact the type of results you get.
  4. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗗𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗬 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: It’s easy to underestimate how important it is to move, and your daily movement impacts your metabolism just as much as your exercise sessions (if not more!!).⁣
  5. 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦: I saved the best for last because it's so easy to overlook this one. Sadly, many of us are walking around stressed to the max, and it has become our new norm. ⁣

Chronically elevated cortisol (caused by excess stress) will 𝟭𝟬𝟬% stall fat loss! ⁣

You can eat right, exercise correctly, and get your walks in daily, but if you're too stressed, you may struggle to lose stubborn pounds! ⁣

Before you cut more calories out, eliminate another food group, fast for hours, or add in more workouts do an audit on yourself. ⁣
