I bet you didn't know this about me...⁣

My nickname is Kettlebell.⁣

Seriously.⁣

Every time I sat on my husband's lap, he screams😂, so he gave me the nickname, Kettlebell.

Yes, like the one you lift and use for your workouts👊

I may be petite, but according to him, I feel like a ton of bricks.⁣

I always laugh out loud when he calls me that, but there was a time in my life this would have made me feel sad.⁣

There was a time in my life when my goal was to be as small as possible. ⁣

If someone said, I felt heavy, solid, or like a kettlebell (lol😂), as my husband jokingly calls me, I would have taken it the wrong way.⁣

I was always told that being light was good, weighing less was better, and having muscle was ONLY for men 🙄⁣

Now when someone calls me strong, solid, or heavy, I feel proud! ⁣

YesSSS, all my hard work in the gym is paying off 😛⁣

The scale or my food doesn't control my life anymore, and I vividly remember a time in my life when both consumed me all day, every day...⁣

Muscle mass is heavy ladies, so don't be afraid to build some muscle mass and increasing your muscle mass is the secret to increasing your metabolism‼️ ⁣

A higher metabolic rate means that you get to eat more calories while maintaining your body weight! ⁣

There is nothing wrong with having goals, but don't feel like you need to be 100 pounds or a size two to be healthy.⁣

Health and fitness comes in all shapes and sizes!

Here I am today, and I feel better than I used to when I was a size double zero, training hours a day, and obsessed with my food.⁣

After I hit my rock bottom years ago, I let my guard down, trusted the process, had two babies, and focused on building my dream business. ⁣

My primary focus isn't the scale, food obsession, or spending hours in the gym.⁣

The best part about this story is that you don't have to be OBSESSED to feel amazing and look amazing.⁣
